Account Manager (C)

As an Account Manager for Topgolf Swing Suites, you will serve as the primary liaison between Topgolf and its partner venues. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring partners receive exceptional support, training, and operational guidance—ultimately driving guest satisfaction and business growth. Reporting to the Partner Experience Manager, you’ll manage key relationships, resolve challenges proactively, and act as a strategic advisor to help partners maximize the value of their Swing Suite experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partner venues to foster trust, loyalty, and satisfaction.

Conduct regular check-ins to assess partner needs, resolve concerns, and share performance insights.

Serve as the main point of contact and escalation for partner feedback and operational challenges.

Deliver training on Swing Suite systems, software, and guest engagement best practices.

Share success stories and best practices across the partner network to drive collective performance.

Maintain accurate records of partner communications, contracts, and key performance indicators.

Provide regular performance updates and insights to Topgolf leadership.

Communicate operational updates, new initiatives, and marketing campaigns to partners.

Schedule and coordinate onboarding sessions, training programs, and partner meetings with the DOPE team.

Prepare performance reports, highlighting key metrics and actionable recommendations.

Track system maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution in collaboration with the technical support team.

Send bi-weekly technical support ticket summaries (based on Full Swing reports).

Assist in distributing newsletters, announcements, and operational updates to partner venues.

Support meeting preparation including agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.

Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in Marketing

2+ years in Hospitality or client-facing environments

Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Strong communication, organization, and relationship management skills

Comfortable handling multiple priorities and shifting deadlines

Tech-savvy with a passion for delivering exceptional partner and guest experiences

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
