RTI is seeking a Account Manager focused on the Automotive Market to drive sales of our Connext DDS software and services with both new and existing customers across the US.
As part of our field sales team, you’ll combine your technical sales expertise, market knowledge, and customer-first mindset to win new business while growing and supporting our installed base of automotive customers. You’ll be instrumental in shaping how leading OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and mobility innovators adopt RTI’s technology to power mission-critical automotive systems.
✨ What You’ll Do Partner with Field Applications Engineers to present and sell RTI’s software and engineering services to automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and ecosystem partners. Proactively identify and pursue new automotive business opportunities. Consult with customer engineering teams to understand technical challenges in areas such as autonomous driving, electrification, and connected vehicles. Collaborate with RTI engineering to design and deliver tailored solutions. Build and nurture trust-based relationships with decision-makers and influencers across R&D, engineering, and program management.
