Bring your analytical thinking, commercial mindset and collaborative skills to the table to deliver sustainable commercial growth and optimize all opportunities to achieve the consumer sales targets. **Core Responsibilities:** + Management of IP Partnerships and communication within the Centre of Excellence with clear commercial focus to utilize the strength of our strong IP Partner + Own, develop & drive pay for performance approach and focus on bring to live and maximize term 2025 Licensing focus + Co-own Retail Marketing Calendar and execution, budget tracking and drive pay for performance approach + Amazon.nl/Amazon.be Management: Performance Reporting, trade terms tracking and CTT checks, + Acting as a sparring partner and input provider for Demand planning Team on Forecasting, Representing and advocating for BNL needs through KAM projects + Bring your BU lens to all CoE Reporting forums (e.g., market dynamics, shopper dynamics) to ensure the voice of the local entity is represented + Maximize the reporting opportunity from the reporting tools available to dig deep into performance, provide concise and coherent communication on deviations vs. forecast and articulate and manage required mitigation **Play your part in our team succeeding** Shoppers are always connected, their expectations are high for retailers and brands, competition between distributors has never been so strong.
