YOUR MISSION: You will be responsible for building, managing, and growing relationships with top restaurant partners, acting as a trusted consultant to drive their success. You’ll use data-driven insights, industry knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration with other teams to optimize partnerships and maximize business impact.
We are looking for a talented and ambitious Account Manager to join our Commercial Team, where we focus on helping local businesses strengthen their presence and expand their reach, leveraging data-driven insights and tailored commercial solutions.
THE JOURNEY
Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximize partner growth, increase sales, and strengthen Glovo’s market presence. Build and manage a high-performing portfolio of partners, identifying opportunities to boost their sales and visibility through tailored promotions and initiatives. Optimize sales performance by analyzing key metrics such as order volume, product sales, ROI on campaigns, and operational efficiency. Drive data-backed decision-making—investigate underperforming campaigns, identify sales trends, and recommend strategic improvements. Run commercial projects to strengthen Glovo’s position in key areas, ensuring partner success and market share growth. Lead internal strategic initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness, pitching success rates, and overall team productivity. Engage with partners proactively—call restaurants, pitch opportunities, and negotiate deals to unlock new growth.WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
Experience in sales or account management—you’re comfortable reaching out to partners, making calls, and pitching solutions. Strong analytical skills—you’re comfortable with numbers, can spot trends, and make data-driven recommendations. Strategic thinking—you don’t just manage partners; you help them grow. Excellent communication and negotiation skills—you know how to influence and build long-term relationships.
