Account Manager

Our client, a leader in the toy and entertainment industry, is seeking an Account Manager to join their team. As an Account Manager, you will be part of the Integrated Marketing Communications department supporting the Mattel Creations and Mattel Brand teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Account Manager
Location: El Segundo, CA (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $51.73 to $62.76 per hour

What’s the Job? Support the IMC Account Lead in developing integrated marketing programs from conception to execution Drive strategic and creative leadership in collaboration with internal teams and external partners Manage marketing brief intake and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams Lead the development of marketing tentpoles, promotions, and activations Oversee agency and production budgets, ensuring alignment with scope and timelinesWhat’s Needed? 7+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or program management Experience working with or within advertising agencies Strong organizational and project management skills Proficiency in digital, social, and DTC marketing for e-commerce Excellent communication and presentation skillsWhat’s in it for me?
