Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Territory Sales Manager to lead customer acquisition and order growth across Belgium (both Walloon and Flemish regions). This role combines technical expertise, commercial acumen, and relationship-building to deliver value-added solutions to our clients. You will be the face of Ingersoll Rand in your territory, driving business development and fostering long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
Prepare and follow up on offers for new machines, spare parts and service contracts Conduct client visits to present offers, address technical inquiries, strengthen relationships, and negotiate agreements. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence. Provide regular updates to management through weekly meetings and CRM tools (Salesforce). Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.Basic Qualifications
Valid driving license. Fluent in English, French, and Dutch (written and spoken). Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in a technical-commercial role, preferably in industrial equipment. Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Electromechanics or equivalent). Experience with blowers or rotating equipment is a strong advantage. Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, or similar CRM/ERP systems is a plus.Travel & Work Arrangements
Office-based in Halle, with regular client visits within your assigned territory (Belgium). Occasional travel for training or internal meetings may be required.Key Competencies
Strong sales and interpersonal communication skills. Solid technical understanding of industrial equipment. Ability to manage and grow both Equipment and Aftermarket sales. Professional representation of the company in customer interactions and industry events.What We Offer
