**Overview**
We’re looking for an **Account Manager (Performance Planning)** to join Spark Foundry’s Planning team, working across a diverse client portfolio that includes a well-known British hotel chain and a global research company. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants exposure to a wide mix of channels, categories, and specialist teams.
You’ll be at the centre of integrated planning, working closely with cross-channel experts to deliver campaigns across digital (Paid Search, SEO, Display, Social) as well as broader media activity. No two days will look the same—whether you’re shaping campaign strategies, working with media owners, or supporting clients on new challenges, you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact and grow.
**What you’ll be doing**
+ Acting as the key day-to-day contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships
+ Managing campaign briefing processes and workflow across channel teams
+ Delivering high-quality campaign planning, from brief through to PCA, with clear insights and recommendations
+ Analysing cross-channel performance, using data and analytics to optimise spend and exceed targets
+ Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure integrated campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard
+ Running weekly status calls, preparing performance updates, and responding to ad-hoc client requests
+ Supporting your team by creating a fun, collaborative and productive working environment
**What we’re looking for**
+ Relevant experience in planning consumer-facing digital campaigns
+ Strong understanding of Paid Search, SEO, Paid Social, and Display
+ Confident with key reporting metrics and how they ladder into client business objectives
+ Organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to translate data into clear insights
+ A collaborative, enthusiastic and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team
