CommScope Building & Campus Infrastructure conducts business via an indirect channel model while also focusing directly on the end-user customer to drive demand. The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing CommScope revenue in their assigned territory. The Account Manager works within the Country Organization while acting as a unified team to ensure territory revenue goals are exceeded and the channel partner programs are supported. This is a remote role, but candidates must be based in the Toronto area.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

The Account Manager works with-in the Country Organization while acting as a unified team to ensure territory revenue goals are exceeded and the channel partner programs are supported.  

Work as a collaborative team member to exceed assigned territory revenue goals and create and execute a yearly territory plan Establish and maintain strong and trusted relationships with end-user customers and channel partners, and execute global/regional end-user and channel strategy.  Utilize CommScope’s Sales Process in targeting and winning opportunities. Using Dynamics 365 (CRM) to manage and address opportunities and leads with end users and channel partners. Aggressively drive CommScope’s total solution portfolio into the end user community. Work with marketing and channel management teams to grow the awareness and demand for CommScope’s offerings with-in the channel and end user communities. Support channel partners in targeting and acquiring new CommScope customers. Ensure the existing channel can support CommScope’s total solution portfolio and strategies.  Recruit/develop new channels where needed. Utilizing business plans to review the channel partners’ success and progress on a monthly or quarterly basis. Execute global/regional alliance, integrator, and consultant strategies.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

Five or more years of indirect channel management and end-user sales experience Ability to work in a collaborative team environment Ability to travel up to 50% Excellent communication skills and fluency in the English language
