Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop, implement, and manage the account strategy that is focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will coordinate sales activities, monitor current projects, and manage the resolution of specific customer problems. You will also showcase your expertise by giving input on market price developments and tendencies.



You will be mainly accountable for:制定、实施和管理客户战略,关注客户增长、盈利能力和客户满意度。协调销售活动,管理解决客户的
具体问题。
主要岗位职责:
1. 客户策略
通过提供客户当前的业务和长期计划,参与客户销售策略的制定。
2. 定义并提出客户的销售目标和增长幅度,并通过结构化的跟踪流程确保其实现。
3.客户计划领导客户计划的开发和实施,包括设计执行关系策略和覆盖计划,确定业务机会的优先级,
为每个解决方案元素确定目标。在潜在订单不足的情况下提出恢复计划。
4. 客户关系
根据明确的战略建立和发展客户关系。解决焦点问题并跟踪客户的信用情况。计划、促进和引导客户
谈判。
5. 客户知识
开发、维护和分享关于客户业务战略、购买行为、组织、决策者、客户业务驱动因素、经济趋势和竞争
的详细知识。
6. 向客户销售产品/解决方案/服务,专注于指定业务部门的数量、组合和盈利目标。
7. 跟踪市场相关活动,制定和实施适当的应对策略。
8. 销售通过确保协调的销售方法(例如框架协议)为客户和ABB 创造附加价值。根据ABB 的供应、供应
和战略沟通细节。
9. 协调内部或外部资源(如技术、广告和营销)的使用,以便为客户提供增值服务。

Qualifications for the role  工程或电气专业硕士学位,具有较强的技术和业务知识5 年以上渠道管理经验或相关工作经验
