What you'll do:
At SuperAwesome, Account Managers are responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and project-managing and executing kid-safe brand digital engagement campaigns across the SuperAwesome Platform, ensuring a world-class experience for customers. You’ll play a key role in shaping campaign success - using data and performance insights to craft compelling stories that demonstrate impact and drive long-term client growth.
You can expect ownership of your assigned accounts in North America and will be joining a team that has a lot of experience, a serious track record, and an awesome team atmosphere. You'll have a genuine opportunity to learn and grow, through real ownership and responsibility and hands-on mentorship from an experienced Senior Management team.
In this role, you will:
Manage a portfolio of clients/accounts in North America - develop, maintain, and expand positive relationships with existing agency / direct clients Generate repeat & incremental revenue, acting as the point of contact for all live campaigns always looking for ways to grow and improve accounts Ensure expertise, excellence, and consistency in all aspects of campaign delivery: Client Management, briefing designers, creative and development, ad ops, performance optimisation, and reporting Strategically counsel clients; develop effective and creative campaign strategies with a clear understanding of client objectives, KPIs, and targets Work closely with our adops team on campaign optimisations, relaying relevant information to customers in an easy-to-understand and actionable manner Own reporting and case study creation - showcase and share expertise within the Client Services and wider SA Global team, and present QBRs to strategic clients on a quarterly basis Use data and analytical storytelling to turn performance insights into compelling narratives that drive client understanding and future investment Proactively identify new initiatives and tools to enhance client experience and cross-team collaborationRequired Experience
3+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a proven track record in owning customer relationships Demonstrated success in retaining and growing customers Experience working with ad-ops and ad trafficking teams, with experience across different servers and reporting platforms Strong analytical and storytelling ability using data Expertise with digital media KPIs and brand performance metrics Expert in using Excel and/or other data manipulation softwareWho you are:

Basic salary range for this position based in Chicago is: $85,000-$100,000 20 Vacation Days + 10 Public Holidays + Winter Break + 10 Summer Fridays Family Leave including 20 weeks of fully paid leave for employees who are Primary Caregivers and 8 weeks of fully paid leave for employees who are Secondary Caregivers.
