Account Manager
Description We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team in Northern Kentucky. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between the company and its clients, fostering strong relationships while ensuring that business objectives and customer needs are met. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to organizational growth and customer satisfaction through strategic account management. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with internal teams and resources to manage accounts effectively, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering superior customer satisfaction. • Assess and clarify customer needs to ensure products and services meet expectations while driving customer loyalty. • Strengthen client relationships through consistent communication, trust-building, and exceptional service delivery. • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate account performance and implement improvements. • Address customer inquiries regarding product details, pricing, availability, and applications. • Utilize customer feedback and data to identify opportunities for product enhancements and satisfaction improvements. • Provide post-sale support and consultation to resolve issues and build long-term partnerships. • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay informed about products and market trends. • Maintain accurate sales records and reports using appropriate tools to track performance and identify patterns. • Coordinate the management and optimization of product lifecycles across e-commerce platforms. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. • Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. • Background in manufacturing or similar industries is preferred. • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer data effectively. • Proficiency in using Peachtree Sage software and Microsoft Excel. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external clients. • Ability to stay current with product developments and industry trends.
