Description We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join our team in Grand Prairie, Texas. In this Contract-to-Permanent role, you will serve as a trusted partner for our clients, ensuring exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction, retention, and overall business success.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client expectations and resolve concerns.
• Monitor account activity to identify service gaps, recurring needs, or opportunities to enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all client interactions, updates, and status reports.
• Track and analyze account performance metrics to ensure high-quality service delivery and meet organizational goals.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities that align with client objectives.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless start to their partnership with the company.
• Escalate critical issues to leadership as needed to safeguard client satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and implement scalable account management strategies to improve service consistency and operational efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in account management, client services, or a related field.
• Strong background in B2B sales, inside sales, or managing inbound inquiries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in tracking performance metrics and analyzing data to drive improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and tools for documentation and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address client concerns promptly.
