Account Manager
Description We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Hanover, Maryland. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth through effective communication and proactive outreach. The ideal candidate will excel in managing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional service to clients. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing business. • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, cold calling, and lead generation. • Respond to inbound inquiries and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs. • Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for customers, ensuring alignment with their requirements. • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. • Track and manage leads through the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and conversion. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems. • Provide regular updates and reports on account status to management. • Work closely with other departments to address customer concerns and ensure seamless service delivery. • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies. Requirements • Proven experience in direct sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. • Proficiency in inbound and outbound sales techniques, including cold calling and lead generation. • Ability to generate and qualify leads effectively to maximize sales opportunities. • Skilled in preparing accurate customer quotes and negotiating terms. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships. • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks. • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. • Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.
