Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a customer portfolio: ensuring day-to-day monitoring of contracts, responding to specific requests, and anticipating needs.

Steering the commercial relationship: identifying development opportunities, preparing, and leading steering committees with customers.

Analyzing performance: providing activity reports, monitoring KPIs, proposing action plans.

Optimizing fleet management: advising on fleet composition, energy transition, electrification, etc.

Internal coordination: working in synergy with the sales, technical, delivery and customer service teams, etc.

Commercial negotiation

Data analysis

Cross-functional work between Account Management, New Business and Business partner

Your Profile:

Commercial qualification or comparable experience in administration

Very good knowledge of German and English, French is an advantage

Ideally, experience in the automotive or financial services sector

Good understanding of mobility issues (TCO, electrification, etc.)

Sales oriented, sense of service

Excellent skills in reporting tools (Excel, CRM etc.)
