Job Description
This role involves driving awareness in the PACE Program sharing information about medical benefits with the elderly, with a focus on community-based long-term care services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in healthcare field awareness, preferably related to MLTC, MAP, PACE programs, or homecare. Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook. Preferred qualifications include experience with CRM platforms such as Care Compass, as well as knowledge of the PACE program benefits.
ResponsibilitiesEducate prospective community leaders, providers, participants, caregivers, and other audiences on PACE program benefits, highlighting differentiators from other healthcare options.Provide program education through lectures, presentations, events, meetings, or other necessary communications to facilitate PACE referral generation.Manage assigned accounts, ensuring continuous and effective communication with contacts and responding to all inquiries, requests, and referrals promptly.Collaborate with the Events and Marketing teams to identify appropriate events, community partners, or resources to educate the community about PACE.Develop informational trainings and create handouts/packets with approved marketing materials.Track all generated referrals and consistently measure and evaluate individual performance to improve outreach efforts and maximize referral opportunities.Assist intake and provider relations with introductory calls, general qualification screening, documentation collection, benefit education/applications, site tours, home visits, and follow-up for enrollment or education.Essential SkillsMinimum 2 years work experience in healthcare business development.Knowledge of community-based long-term care services for dual eligible and frail adult population.Strong interpersonal skills (written and verbal).Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Care Compass.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred.Knowledge of PACE program benefits is a plus.Bilingual Spanish speaker preferredCar and valid driver's license for traveling.Work Environment
The position operates in a professional setting with regular business hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The role involves traveling to various locations to provide education and support. The candidate should be comfortable working independently and collaboratively with teams.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
The Account Manager will conduct sales and networking to drive Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) growth through referral source network building; developing lead-optimization strategies, plan education; and by helping develop community engagement events to proliferate increased awareness, advocacy, and strategic partnerships with referral sources. The Account Manager will directly build strategic relationships with referral partners to create engagement opportunities with prospective enrollees and their caregivers. This position will integrate with the Intake/Enrollment and the Provider Relations Teams to ensure all referrals and enrollments are processed in a timely manner that is compliant with state, federal and PACE regulatory requirements. The Account Manager is expected to maintain ethical conduct and will be responsible for quality and satisfaction of prospective participants, caregivers and referral sources
