Account Manager
About the role

The EMEA team at AppsFlyer is looking for a proactive and commercially driven Account Manager to join our high-performing team. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of established clients across the region — focusing on renewals, complex deal structuring, upsell opportunities, and strategic retention planning. You’ll own the relationship between multiple internal teams to deliver business outcomes, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong commercial mindset, a talent for navigating organisational complexity, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.

What you’ll do Own a book of business and manage all commercial aspects post-sale: retention, expansion, and long-term client success

Coordinate cross-functional efforts involving Customer Success, Product, Legal, Finance, and RevOps to support client needs and close commercial deals

Manage and renew complex contracts, pricing scenarios, and custom commercial structures

Create detailed customer account plan & SWOT analysis, identify at-risk accounts and design strategic mitigation plans

Build strong, consultative relationships with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor Ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and link product value to customer success

Prioritise your accounts based on strategic value, risk level, and business potential

Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reporting, including New Booking ARR and ARR Loss

Leverage automation and AI tools to manage and scale a diverse client portfolio

What You Have 3+ years of experience in SaaS account management or customer-facing commercial roles

Proven experience closing deals, handling renewals, and managing complex commercial conversations

Demonstrated ability to manage projects or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders

Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially in cross-functional settings

Fluency in English (written and verbal) — additional languages are a bonus

Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and account strategy

Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs, with strong forecasting and pipeline management skills

Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Bonus points Background in the mobile attribution, advertising, or analytics space

Experience with SaaS renewals, commercial negotiations, and quota-carrying roles
