Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Southeast Asia and Europe.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients, distributors, and partners.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the target markets.Tailoring solutions for customers, managing lead times, address quality issues and ensuring reliability for integration into end products.Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.Navigate complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and build long-term client relationships.Monitor and report on sales performance/forecast, providing regular updates to senior management.Travel frequently to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct market visits.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the motor or fan industry with B2B OEM business. Ability to communicate product specs and value of RRX offering products to key stakeholders at customer side.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in international markets.Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian and European markets, including culture, customs and business practices.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Willingness to travel extensively (up to 40% of the time).About Regal RexnordRegal Rexnord is a publicly held global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates around the world who help create a better tomorrow by providing sustainable solutions that power, transmit and control motion.
