As an Account Manager at DHL Express, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing our designated field sales territory, contributing to the maintenance and growth of DHL's market leadership.
To excel in this position, you will need to cultivate and manage a diverse portfolio of prospects and existing customers by building strong, lasting relationships. Your goal will be to not only meet customer needs but also proactively identify and recognise them. You will actively seek and capitalise on new opportunities within your territory, ensuring maximum uptake of services and solutions among both existing and potential customers.
What You’ll Do:
· Manage and develop a defined sales territory, building long-term partnerships with new and existing customers
· Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through strategic account planning and execution
· Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that align with DHL’s wide range of services
· Maximise opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within your customer portfolio
· Increase DHL’s market presence by converting prospects into long-term clients
· Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and exceed expectations
