As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of regional accounts, driving revenue between $5M–$10M, and supporting long, consultative sales cycles. You’ll play a key role in both retaining existing business and developing new opportunities, with a focus on technical solutions and customer intimacy.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across regional accountsDeliver annual business results aligned with sales, margin, and volume growth targetsLead technical demonstrations and problem-solving independentlyPromote and sell H.B. Fuller’s innovative products and technologiesIdentify and close new business opportunities while managing a healthy sales pipelineProvide expert insights into customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioningEnsure compliance with EHS standards and leverage tools like Salesforce to manage activitiesCollaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions and long-term valueWhat We’re Looking For
5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a technical or industrial settingProven ability to manage complex accounts and long sales cycles (6–12 months)Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skillsMust be proficient in EnglishBachelor’s degree in a technical, mechanical, marketing, or chemistry-related field preferredValid driver’s license and willingness to travel as neededExperience with Salesforce and value-based selling is a plusWhy H.B.
