Develop and present/lead the presentation of KA communications to the customer. Understand customer needs, customer and market insights to formulate Business Plan with the customer. Get information from customer and monitor with Areas to improve service level and promotion execution for customer. Seek for potential customers and business opportunities in China to support the profitability growth of the Kerry China via both retail and food services. Support the quarterly forecasting processes through proactive cooperation within the commercial team in China. Proactively monitor the payment performance of the defined customers and actively take measures in cooperation with the credit control function to ensure timely payment of customer invoices
Builds relationships with customers at all levels. Customer focused, exercises sound judgment and bases decisions on facts rather than emotions. Other responsibilities assigned by supervisor. Qualifications and skills

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or above 3-10 years relative working experience, ingredients & flavors working experience is preferred Familiar with commercial methodology and tools Price setting and margin management Excellent Communication skills Experienced in communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly
