Overview KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership: Build positive and collaborative relationships both within the direct team and across the wider business Build productive relationships with external partners inc. suppliers & partner agencies Inspire, motivate and mentor broader teams to get to business oriented and creativce content and social solutions on client briefs Positively and proactively support on new business and pitch opportunities Responsible for the line management, development and overall quality and delivery of work by the broader Chemistry team, along with the Chemistry Business Head Skilfully manage up to Sr Teams, seeking support and advice Clients: Nurture and impact influential senior client relationships through effective communication and by taking the time to understand their working styles Demonstrate a deep understanding of our clients’ business and brand Direct effective client meetings, setting the agenda, tone and desired outcome Utilise data from internal and client surveys to strengthen client relationships and inform healthy challenge to get to the best outcome for our clients Proactively reach out to clients with new or interesting information and ideas Culture: Lead from the front, role modelling our agency values and contributing to our culture Play a leading role in cultivating a collaborative, insightful and social first culture within the agency Champion a feedback culture within the team by creating opportunities for two-way feedback Seek inventive solutions to problems with a focus on doing the right thing (asking for support if needed) Develop proactive ideas and initiatives for clients and the agency Commercial: Identify opportunities to deliver incremental and profitable growth for the agency Contribute to accurate scoping and costing of social projects Accountable for frictionless financial process with accurate and timely billings and expenses Ensure accurate and consistent weekly completion of timesheets for themselves and for their team Demonstrate excellent time management skills to work effectively and efficiently across multiple projects KEY REQUIREMENTS A diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communications Strong project management skills and keen understanding of creative development process and budget control Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in managing campaigns in an integrated agency environment handling B2B marketing/branding Proven track record in growing accounts, winning new business/pitches Strong understanding of how mobile is affecting the retail space and overall consumer journey Experience in consumer electronics/FMCG/IT retail projects is preferred Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communications skills in English Dedication to clients and team colleagues Ability to produce under pressure and management of timelines and production Experience working in an integrated agency environment Responsibilities Partnership with existing clients and extension of client base to agreed Client Partnering strategy Best in class client relationship building, proactive, ‘can do’ attitude and seamless implementation Take responsibility for development, delivery and evaluation of projects working in conjunction with all functions Establish alternatives for brand/marketing communication and advertising strategy Drive the development of new marketing communication and advertising strategy for products and programmes as well as the creation of new alternative offline revenue streams Regularly assessing performance of existing programs/solutions and finding new methods for increasing yield Liaising with product marketing teams to identify marketing opportunities Working with creative to create marketing strategy roadmap for brands that meets new revenue targets Developing successful market proposition, pricing and go-to-market strategies for these new commercial products/program Creating all relevant go-to-market collateral and communication programs to support new product/program launches Responsibility for key process improvement projects as agreed with Account Director (e.g. Creative briefing process, financial tracking etc) Ensure account and project management are continually aligned Provide timely and consistent communication to account director and team about project status, profitability and people Develop strong relationships with all other parts of the business and raise profile within the agency Provide team with broader industry knowledge and specialism Collaborative partnerships with Project management team Identify continuously client’s needs and establish/present initial strategy alternatives accordingly Carry out shared values faithfully and play as a role model for junior members Present clear instructions, guidelines and prompt review to junior members Develop new clients and competition PT;
