Account Manager
**DESCRIPTION** We’re looking for a sharp, organized, people-first Account Manager to join our Experiential Marketing team. You’ll lead the planning and execution of brand experiences — from live activations to immersive events — acting as the key contact between our clients and internal teams. It’s a fast-paced, collaborative role where strategy, logistics, and creativity meet. If you’re someone who loves bringing ideas to life and keeping all the moving parts in sync, you’ll thrive here. **RESPONSIBILITIES** WHAT YOU’LL DO + Own day-to-day client relationships across a portfolio of programs + Lead project planning, documentation, budgeting, and timelines + Collaborate with creative, production, and operational teams to deliver flawless activations + Manage budgets and track expenses with accuracy + Contribute ideas in brainstorms and support pitch development + Lead on-site execution for events and live moments - travel may be required + Mentor junior team members and support their growth + Use Google Workspace tools (Docs, Drive, Slides, Sheets, Meet) to stay organized and communicate clearly **QUALIFICATIONS** WHAT YOU BRING + 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, events, or brand programs (agency background a plus) + Strong project management skills and attention to detail + Experience managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables + Comfortable leading client conversations and building trust + Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented + Must be comfortable travelling and working weekends when required (lead up to and/or during events) + Confident using Google tools — especially Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets, and Meet WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE + Flexible, hybrid work environment + Work with top-tier brands and inspiring teammates + Space to grow, learn, and lead + A supportive, creative culture where your ideas matter Sound like a fit?
