**DESCRIPTION**
The **Account Manager** passionately goes above and beyond to support their clients’ success in the retail space. We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in making connections with clients, sourcing new leads, filling pipelines, and building relationships with potential retailers! The Account Manager will assist with sales of in-retail experiences, lead the management of client accounts and projects, provide reporting, and partner with internal teams to ensure success.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Drive Retail Sales Growth:**
+ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support the development of the in-retail sales pipeline for retail programs.
+ Work directly with Canada’s top grocery retailer to identify growth opportunities and drive sales.
**Client Relationship Management:**
+ Develop and present compelling client proposals that showcase our value proposition.
+ Manage client programming and deliverables, including program development, marketing materials, contracting, and reporting.
+ Leverage category and client insights to build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring program continuity.
**Program Excellence:**
+ Project manage multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution.
+ Regularly present quarterly business reviews with retail partners, highlighting program performance and growth areas.
+ Collaborate with Mosaic centers of excellence to ensure all program deliverables are met efficiently.
**Organizational Agility:**
+ Thrive in a fast-paced environment by demonstrating strong organizational, collaboration, and reporting skills.
+ Juggle multiple projects and deliverables effectively, maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness.

**How you will Succeed:**
+ Leverage your sales experience to source net new contacts within the industry.
+ Create strong connections with our retail clients by actively engaging with them.
+ Effectively manage conversations with key departments, such as Category teams and marketing.
+ Leverage your account management experience to nurture existing client relationships. Understand their needs, pain points, and growth opportunities.
+ Proactively address any challenges or issues that arise. Be a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
+ Productively adapt to changes dictated by the client or market dynamics. Embrace flexibility and agility.
+ Be a problem-solver. Proactively find solutions to challenges, whether it’s optimizing processes, resolving conflicts, or identifying growth opportunities.
+ Meet deadlines while multitasking. Prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact.
+ Use tools like Microsoft Office or G Suite efficiently. Leverage their features to streamline communication, collaboration, and reporting.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
+ 3+ years in Marketing or Account Management
+ Experience in retail ideal, CPG exposure a bonus
+ Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking & time management skills
+ Proven collaboration with cross functional teams within a working environment
+ Superb organizational skills – execution, and deliverables
+ Excellent Excel and technological skills
