As our Account Manager you will cultivate and nurture relationships with our customers. As part of our team, you will be at the forefront of providing our commercial laundry clients with services, products and equipment to help them operate more efficiently and in an environmentally conscious manner. This role provides the perfect opportunity to apply your skills in customer service, showcasing the latest innovation as well as improving operational efficiency across your customer base. Your new role:

Service a variety of customer sites across Auckland & the Waikato region, providing support, technical advice and proactive recommendations as their expert on advanced laundry cleaning and sanitation

Servicing and maintenance of Ecolab equipment, as well as the transporting and pumping of Ecolab chemicals at customer sites

Collaborate with a talented and passionate team, contributing to the overall success and growth of the division

Drive growth by identifying new opportunities, promoting innovation and optimizing their processes to meet our customers’ needs

Our ideal candidate may have:

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

Willingness to go the extra mile for customers

Comfortable transporting products around customer sites (lifting equipment provided)

Comfortable with overnight travel (minimum x2 nights in a month)

An inquisitive personality with a solution-based mindset
