The Account Manager is critical in working directly with our advertising agency partners to execute campaigns to meet client targets. The role supports our sales team in ensuring that all aspects of campaigns are performing above client expectations while updating, educating, and building relationships with advertising users.
The Account Manager facilitates the management of all aspects of the campaign internally, working closely with our design teams, the advertising operations, and our sellers while providing GumGum clients with an industry-leading end-to-end experience.

What You'll Achieve
Campaign Management & Client Satisfaction Deliver white glove service to all clients, ensuring a high standard of professionalism and responsiveness throughout the campaign lifecycle Implement and manage advertising campaigns across GumGum’s proprietary platform, covering both direct and programmatic campaigns Report directly to the Manager of Account Management, based in Dusseldorf, Germany Collaborate with internal teams across EMEA to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimisation Create detailed end-of-campaign reports aligned with client objectives and KPIs, ensuring timely delivery to meet agency/client deadlines Build and nurture strong relationships with agency client stakeholders, acting as the day-to-day lead for campaign management and performance optimisation Support new business development Closely collaborate with and support the sales team in building campaign proposals – including Excel spreadsheets, PPT, Word documents, and emails, when required Brainstorm and support the sales team in managing and executing strategic sales opportunities Coordinate internal teams and execute on sold campaigns Frequently work with the sales team to plan, manage, implement, and execute sold advertising campaignsWork in tandem with clients and internal teams to traffic assets/creative/tags for campaign set up Review campaign performance daily to ensure performance is trending to achieve KPIs. Meet with Ad Ops to suggest campaign optimisations Present campaign performance and updates to client or sales team and communicate optimisations to achieve goalSkills You'll Bring
3-5 years of experience in the digital media field, preferably in online advertising industry - Account Management, Media Planning and/or Customer Service Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising, including campaign setup, optimisation and reporting across major DSPs (TTD, DV360, Adform etc). Proven ability to manage end-to-end programmatic campaigns, troubleshoot performance issues and apply data driven strategies to improve campaign outcomes Extreme attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus) Proficient with online advertising terms, concepts, and revenue model Familiarity with Atlas, Doubleclick, Comscore, Sizmek, Integral Ad Science, Millward Brown, Salesforce, Nielsen, DoubleVerify, and/or JIRA is a plus Intermediate PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skillsWhat We Offer
