Job DescriptionAs a Senior Account Manager at Jellyfish, reporting to the Account Director, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence. You will act as a trusted advisor, aligning Jellyfish's solutions with client business objectives while proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and expansion. You will also contribute to internal team development by mentoring junior team members, optimizing client management processes, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Your Primary Responsibilities include:
Managing client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for Enterprise clients or as the client lead for Scale accountsDriving account growth by identifying opportunities for new products, services, or initiatives, and aligning Jellyfish's solutions with client business objectivesEnsuring operational excellence through effective project management, timely deliverables, and maintaining client health metricsMentoring junior team members and contributing to the development of best-in-class client management practicesCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and fostering a culture of innovationMaintaining accurate client data in Salesforce and producing well-articulated briefs aligned with client goalsStaying current with industry trends and acting as a trusted advisor to clients, promoting Jellyfish as a forward-thinking partnerQualifications2+ years of experience in Account/Client Management in an agency space.Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin/traditional Chinese.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver clear, persuasive recommendations to clients and internal teamsStrong analytical skills, including proficiency in using platforms like Google Analytics to optimise client outcomes and ROIStrategic thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities, with a focus on anticipating client needs and driving resultsProven leadership experience, including mentoring junior team members and managing cross-functional teamsExceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workBusiness acumen to align solutions with client objectives and drive account growthProficiency in CRM systems, preferably SalesforceClient-centric mindset with a proactive approach to providing solutionsStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityAbility to identify potential obstacles and develop actionable solutionsAdditional Information
