This role is focused on managing and developing existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, performance, and growth. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver value through service excellence and strategic account management.What you’ll doServe as the primary point of contact for existing customers within the German market
Manage service and maintenance contracts to ensure quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction
Analyze client needs and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion of services
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and develop annual service account plans
Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to deliver proposals and contracts
Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Stay informed on market developments and competitor activity to support strategic decisions
What you bringA Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in account management or service management, ideally within logistics, automation, or supply chain
Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with an understanding of contract terms and service delivery
Fluency in German and English is essential
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues
Knowledge of the German market and relevant industry trends is a strong advantage
