Account Manager

We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh C&C team. This role will be based in Tianjin. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

Responsible for growing satisfied client relationships, a profitable book of business and acquiring new clients.Maintain and grow current client relationships. Develop tailored solutions to meet the needs of clients and prospects.Ensure all services are priced and delivered adequately.Create business strategies for clients and prospects to achieve retention and sales targets.Collaborate with client advisors and consulting colleagues to create advisory solutions to clients.Manage revenue, profitability, and ensure timely service delivery and revenue collection for each client.Identify key decision-makers and assess the risks and needs of clients or prospects to determine the best service and product combinations.Document the service scope and compensation in a Client Service Agreement (CSA).Ensure service quality meets or exceeds client expectations and compliant with Marsh client service principles.Coordinates wand reviews billing and invoice materials and prepares invoices and certifications.Creates spreadsheets and other documents to support account analysis.Ensure deliverables are of high quality and critical deadlines are met.Gather feedback on Marsh’s project execution and renewal through client surveys and ongoing dialogue.Support the Practice Leader in achieving the team’s financial goals.Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Practice Leader.

What you need to have: 

Understand business environment and know how to read/interpret financial statements.Communications -Influencing, negotiating, presenting effectively, etc.Relationship Management – Customer focus, building rapport, dealing with conflict, etc.No less than 5 years related work experiences.Bachelor’s degree in insurance or coming from financial/capital market/legal backgroundUnderstanding of property/casualty insurance principals and basic understanding on claim handling/procedures.Excellent oral and communication skills.Collaborate with colleagues in team operations.
