The **Account Manager** position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training. **_Account Manager Requirements:_** + Ability to train and develop employees + Ability to meet deadlines + Computer literacy + Proven experience in security management or warehouse operations + Strong leadership and communication skills + Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism + Knowledge of warehouse safety and security best practices + Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed + Rsume required As an Account Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site.
