Account Manager – Radiology Informatics (North of England)
**Account Manager – Radiology Informatics (North of England)** As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding Philips' Radiology Informatics (RI) presence in existing accounts in the North of England by cultivating customer relationships, collaborating with sales specialists, and driving strategic growth initiatives. **Your role:** + You will be part of Radiology Informatics Commercial Team + You will help us expand Philips' presence within the existing RI install-base accounts in the North of England as well as winning new customers, cultivating key decision-maker networks, and serving as the primary sales contact. Ultimately, you will deepen customer relationships and achieve business objectives, increasing revenue and market penetration for Philips' RI portfolio + The role involves cultivating meaningful customer partnerships and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers to drive growth. By translating customer needs into executable strategies and collaborating with product-focused RI Sales Specialists, this role is instrumental in cross-selling, co-selling and expanding RI solutions + The role involves understanding customer needs and translating them into strategic sales plans, managing sales opportunities from start to finish with product-focused collaboration, executing regional strategies, aligning with commercial leaders on business objectives across the RI portfolio, managing an opportunity funnel to meet targets, and maintaining Salesforce best practices for accurate reporting and forecasting + Your role will also include ensuring we have suitable reference sites and key opinion leaders (KOLs) + A career at Philips comes with all sorts of wonderful benefits. Be sure to speak to your recruiter about benefits in your region. **You're the right fit if:** + You have a proven track record of creating and executing account plans towards sales objectives and delivering commercial targets + You have a deep customer-orientation and ability to cultivate strong customer relationships with key decision maker + Able to clearly articulate the value of technical software and/or medical products to a range of customer profiles + You have experience managing a software sales funnel and prioritizing opportunities requiring escalation or acceleration to ultimately deliver on results + You have a fluent level of English and possess excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills + You hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred) + You have strong knowledge of radiology workflow (preferred) + You are willing to travel 50-60% as part of the role (North of England). Due to the role working in the healthcare environment, a standard DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) criminal record check will be required for this role. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
