This role offers flexibility of location, with the candidate based in Kansas (KS), Oklahoma (OK), or Missouri (MO)Represent the company in all activities related to account and customer supportProspect and develop focus accounts in the North American Utilities Market, with key account management and new business developmentBe a skilled business developer with experience and contacts in the utilities industryCoordinate with internal stakeholders such as Engineering, Operations, and Logistics to support customer needsDevelop and execute an annual territory sales planPartner with Operations and Logistics teams to ensure efficient mobilizations and service delivery.Expand and maintain the customer network through regular sales calls, assessing customer needs, and recommending appropriate solutionsWe’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:
5 to 10 years of direct sales experience in Utilities, Renewable Energy, or technical sales, with knowledge of the nuclear industryEntrepreneurial mindset with strategic planning and execution abilities for managing and expanding territoriesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and virtuallyGeneral technical understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, chillers, cooling towers, and oil-free air compressorsProficient in CRM systems like Salesforce for effective customer relationship management and sales trackingWillingness to travel as needed, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; project commissioning/management experience is a plusWe recruit the best talent.
