**About the Role**
As an Uber Direct Account Manager, you will use your stakeholder management skills working with a growing base of Partners (Enterprise/Key accounts) to fuel Uber Direct (Delivery as a Service Product) growth in Spain, leading the relationships with top managers in the industry. Direct is a new business that focuses on last-mile and same-day delivery across multiple verticals - Online Food Delivery, Grocery, Retail, Logistics, and more; expanding the ways in which Uber connects the world!
Uber Direct is an on-demand delivery service powered by the same courier network as Uber Eats. It enables merchants to offer on-demand deliveries from their own website or app, but Uber delivers the order. Merchants are able to request on-demand deliveries via either a dashboard or an API integration.
**What You Will Do**
As an Uber Direct Account Manager you will be at the heart of the Uber Direct Spain team, supporting the growth of the Spain business by:
- **Promoting Uber Direct value proposition** \- Clearly understand and communicate the value of Uber Direct to prospects and customers. Seek and achieve logistics, same-day delivery, delivery as a service industry knowledge to have enriching conversations with Enterprise accounts.
- **Building long-term relationships with Uber Direct customers** \- Develop meaningful and long-lasting relationships with key partners by focusing on building trust and crafting successful joint business plans,
- **Lead merchants growth strategies**
- **Provide opportunity status** by regularly updating our CRM, doing weekly forecasts, and participating in quarterly business reviews
- **Monitoring the activity and analyzing data** \- Perform a broad range of financial, quantitative, and qualitative analyses to continuously improve the reliability of the orders and capture additional value. Look for ways to achieve and exceed monthly goals (financial and qualitative). Present and report key results to partners, internally and externally.
- **Contributing to Uber Direct offering improvement** \- Act as an ambassador of Uber's mission, brand, and product - being a problem solver for partners and team. Identify ways to further develop Uber Direct offerings to answer to partners’ needs.
**What you Will Need**
- Interest about on demand delivery and retail
- At least, 4 years experience in an account management role incl experience in relationship management
- Willingness to get into the weeds (no matter how deep) and push through despite difficulties
- Customer obsession, proactivity and willingness to build positive and lasting relationships with our partners, bringing them added value and helping them reach their potential on Uber
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuasively communicate recommendations and influence stakeholders
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data (experience with excel is needed) and derive conclusions from it to provide recommendation to partners
- English working proficiency and Spanish native proficiency
