The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s overseas stores, and supporting local sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally.
Transparency is a product serialization service that allows Brands/manufacturers to use unique item level serial numbers. In the past years we have been expanding this service among CN Brands with an amazing speed. We are looking for an Account Manager to join us on this journey of scaling up Transparency.
As a Transparency Account Manager, you will play a critical role in recruiting and managing a group of accounts (brands/manufacturers) in Transparency program. Your expertise in Sales, account management, and cross-functional collaboration will contribute to deepening our engagement with Brands, and supporting Brands long term success and growth on the Amazon.
Key job responsibilities
• Engage with potential Brands/customers via phone call, email, seller visit and other channels to understand their business needs and identify opportunities
• Initiate prospecting and lead generation activities
• Promote product awareness by updating product features
• Support and educate Brands on enrollment process
• Conduct deep dive analysis on Transparency related issues and provide necessary support
