POSITION OVERVIEW:

Your focus will be retaining our current clients and onboarding new clients through providing professional, courteous service to our clients, business partners, and HUB colleagues.

Master multiple software platforms to integrate my clients with HUB’s technology and transition all clients to this softwareResponsible for the day-to-day administrative duties of the office, including but not limited to answering and directing phone calls, coordinating and scheduling appointments, maintaining compliance files, and ordering office suppliesSupport team in opening new accounts and preparing and processing other client account formsRun reports and provide status updates on new account forms, confirming account transition, creating CRM profiles, etc.Build and maintain professional relationships with clients by assisting them and answering account questions; facilitate the transfer of funds and securities, complete trades in client accounts, and process checks, wires and ACH’s in a timely manner.Maintain and update client data, input updated values into appropriate systemsReview and take appropriate action on client account alertsCoordinate and direct client activities with other team membersActively engage in available training and education programs – including firm strategic priorities, professional development and staying current on policies, procedures and new platforms and attend training callsReview processes and make suggestions to improve the client experienceAssist with office wide projectsPerform other duties as assigned

Skills and Knowledge:

Bachelor’s degree or job-related experienceKnowledge of financial services products, including but not limited to equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts1+ years of financial services experience with a solid knowledge of industry rules and regulations (wealth management experience preferred)Proven ability to professionally answer & direct phone calls and effectively communicate with prospective and existing clients as well as, vendors and HUB colleagues Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products and CRM (Salesforce, Redtail, etc.)Detail orientated with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasksExcellent verbal, written, and analytical skillsTeam player with the ability to collaborate with othersAbility to work in a fast-paced, evolving environmentGoal oriented, self-motivated and results drivenDemonstrates ability and success with problem solving; able to resolve issues without direct supervisionPositive attitude toward client relations to provide exceptional, proactive client serviceAbility to interact with people across all levels of the business

Requirements:

At least 2 years of relevant experienceHigh School Diploma / GED required; College degree strongly preferredMust be willing to be in-office in Pasadena, CA

*The expected hourly rate for this position is $33.65 - $38.46 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
