Danfoss Power Solutions are now seeking an **Account Manager, OEM** for our Nordic region, with focus on Sweden. In this role you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding market share across the full range of Danfoss Power Solution products for your customer base, while aligning with our strategic vision. Your contribution will be key to accelerating growth in sales and market share, working alongside a dedicated team of circa25 Account Managers and Application Engineers across the region. This position is preferred to be based in Stockholm, Sweden, although a home-based office would also be considered. The role will involve frequent travel to customer sites, and other Danfoss sites. **Job Responsibilities** Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: • Drive business development in line with our Nordic vision, focusing on growth and profitability within mobile hydraulic off highway applications. • Collaborate with management and Business Units to define customer-focused sales initiatives, ensuring alignment and achievement of overall business objectives. • Accountable for negotiating pricing with customers, ensuring competitiveness while safeguarding profitability. Build and maintain a strong network with decision-makers in customer organizations Develop, implement, and manage Account plans and fostering long term relationships. • Manage escalations efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution of issues to maintain strong customer relationships and drive business continuity. • Identify future customer requirements and technology trends to guide necessary product development with the different Business Units. • Collaborate with colleagues within the OEM Sales team, Application Engineering, Pricing and Customer Service Representatives to achieve customer satisfaction and the given business target. • Travel within the region as required. **Background & Skills** The ideal candidate possesses these skills: • Educational background in Mechanical or Business Engineering or a related field. • Account Management experience in a medium- or large structured company, preferably within the mobile hydraulic off highway segment. • 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing and/or product management/ Engineering. • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with OEMs. • Demonstrated ability to contribute to market share growth, even in competitive environments. • Ability to thrive in a global and culturally diverse work environment. • Proficient in both written and spoken English, Swedish and Finnish, with the ability to communicate effectively across different languages and cultures. • Exhibit a high level of negotiation, presentation, opportunity management and result-orientation skills • Technical understanding of hydraulic applications, along with familiarity with digital tools such as Sales Force would be advantageous At Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making.
