Account Managers will leverage customer insights to help clients build their business using Meta to drive success. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management or related areas such as sales, customer service or experience in advertising agencies. The role of the account manager will be to establish, own and manage an expanding portfolio of direct customers, focusing on driving revenue via account planning, product adoption, education and customer satisfaction. Success in this position requires solid consultative sales skills, a focus on customer service, and demonstrated experience to thrive in a dynamic and data-driven, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.This position is based in Meta's EMEA Headquarters in Dublin. **Required Skills:** Account Manager, Mid-Market CEE (Central, Eastern Europe) Responsibilities: 1. Manage a portfolio of clients, with a focus on driving revenue and year-on-year growth. 2. Drive product and best-practice adoption across the portfolio. 3. Responsible for Pipeline Management and Operational tracking. 4. Build mutually beneficial relationships with advertisers to grow their spend. 5. Identify growth opportunities and trends across the portfolio. 6. Effectively manage priorities and time in order to meet deadlines and administrative tasks. 7. Present key client issues in an effort to be the customer advocate within Meta. **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 8. Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent practical experience 9. Critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set 10. Experience working with others, capacity to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a drive for making an impact 11. Translate complex data stories, in simple language to customers via day to day communications and regular presentation 12. Prioritise tasks and manage time, even under high-pressure situations 13.
