Our business unit Medical Solutions provides high-quality products to acute care customers for a better, cost-effective and safer patient treatment. We are currently looking to recruit an Account Manager Eastern Switzerland. This is a field-based role and reports to the Country Leader Medical Products Switzerland.
The key objective of the role is to create and implement strategies to deliver excellent sales execution in the area of responsibility. You will be accountable for achievement of sales objectives within a dedicated and dynamic market.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in hospitalsLeverage an established hospital network to expand market share and secure new contractsAct as a trusted advisor to clinical and administrative teams, ensuring optimal product usage and customer satisfactionLead negotiations and contract finalization independently and effectivelyDeliver compelling product presentations and participate in relevant congresses and clinical workshopsImplement promotional action plans aligned with business objectivesExpertly manage opportunities and maintain accurate sales data in Salesforcecom; use insights to drive forecasting and pipeline successCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent service and timely issue resolutionQualifications and Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in the medical device or healthcare sectorStrong record of closing deals and achieving or exceeding sales goalsWell-established network within hospitals in the German-speaking part of SwitzerlandExcellent communication, negotiation and presentation skillsExpert user of Salesforce.com, experienced in managing Opportunities and Pipeline trackingFluency in German, advanced English skillsCommercial or clinical/nursing apprenticeship or bachelor’s degree in nursing/science/business administration/ medical engineeringPatient and customer centric approachAbility to think strategically and foster a culture for continuous improvementMedical devices industry experienceAt least two years’ experience in sales positionsGood IT skills (windows)Willingness to travelOur Offer
