THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Account Manager plays a vital role in supporting our clients with day-to-day account management, claims management, and underwriting services that ensure they have what they need to protect what matters most. Through a robust network of resources, you will be amongst some of the industry’s top talent to help guide and support our customer’s needs and provide them with innovative insurance solutions.
Manages the entire account service processReviews applications, renewal requests to determine marketing strategyMarkets to carriers and negotiates rates and termsPrepares quotes and proposalsReviews policies, processes endorsements/certificates/MVRs/Loss Runs/ID cardsBinds policiesAssists with audits, as necessaryCoordinates premium financing, as necessaryCollaborates/ assists the Producer with client meetings, strategy sessionsMay oversee and direct more junior-level team membersWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE.
5 years of related commercial insurance experience within a brokerage environment3+ years' experience working with Middle Market accountsHS diploma or GEDHolds an insurance license in good standingEffectively interacts with all levels within the organizationComputer proficient with MSOS, Outlook, agency management systems (Epic preferred)Required “soft skills”: efficient time management, organization, customer service, high initiative, team-oriented and high attention to detail*This role can be hybrid 3 days a week in any SoCal office, 1 day a week in the Encino office for team meetings.
*The expected salary range for this position is $95,000 and $110,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
