Location: Location: Daejeon, KoreaPortfolio: Chromatography&Mass Spec.Clients: Academic and Research SectorResponsibilities

As part of the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division (CMD), you will:

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring their happinessProvide timely responses to all customer inquiriesIdentify market trends and customer needs, implementing optimum solutions to generate new businessCollaborate with product specialists, application scientists, and service engineers to develop and win sales opportunitiesConduct basic product demonstrations and customer reviewsProactively and independently develop new customers and opportunitiesWork collaboratively within Thermo Fisher as one team to achieve sales goalsApply sales strategies and market management plans by applicationRegularly update and report SFDC/CPQ, expense reports, and other required business documentsComplete sales assignments with broadly defined objectives

Requirements Sales representative with 5+ years of experience; Chromatography and/or Mass Spectrometry instruments.Over 7 years of professional experience is preferred.Proven experience in sales, preferably within the scientific instruments industryDemonstrated ability to develop and maintain customer relationshipsStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to w ork independently and as part of a collaborative teamExcellent organizational and time-management skillsExperience in using SFDC is a plus
