Where You’ll Make a Difference
Establish and maintain the strong relationship with customers, ensure the goals of revenue, profitability and forecast accuracy.Drive beverage business in China, manage both directly and internally commercial aspects of assigned customers with accountability to meet sales targets and client needs.Ensure timely and successful delivery of dairy solutions and services according to customer needs and requirements.Identify, develop and evaluate new business opportunities at existing and new accounts, convert into new sales following business participation strategy in the assigned territory and market.Monitor industry trends, market potentials, top market player movements, competitive intelligence, and feed back to the team.Full implementation of business processes and sales tools on Forecasting, Pricing, Opportunities, Call Reports etc. by monthly basis.Work collaboratively with peers and management to ensure personal and company sales targets and performance measures are achieved and team-based culture fostered.What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor’s degree and above, major in food science or relevant.5-8 years of sales, account or business management, or technical service experience in an international company.Proven experience in managing accounts and distribution business in the assigned scope.Knowledge of the Beverage businesses is preferred.Demonstrated ability to analyze data points and excellent presentation skills;Ability to assimilate commercial and technical information fast.Competency in oral and written communication in English, good at communication.How Would You Stand Out?
