Core Responsibilities
Lead compliance efforts across internal processes and data quality controls
Oversee delivery of contracted service levels and client performance metrics
Review, abstract, and interpret complex real estate leases and legal documents
Maintain and optimize property databases with a focus on accuracy and scalability
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development
Own process documentation and support business continuity planning
Act as primary client contact for lease amendments, escalations, and reporting needs
Drive strategic contract performance reporting (KPIs) for quarterly business reviews
Analyze and resolve data anomalies with a risk-aware approach
Ensure timely and accurate account billing and financial reconciliation
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, and operations teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred
3+ years of experience in real estate, account management, or data operations
Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and reporting cycles
Language Skills
EnglishFluent (mandatory)
Additional European languageAdvantageous
Required Skills
Advanced IT literacy and strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience with lease abstraction tools and property management systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
