As a result of our new business wins and expansion of current contracts we are seeking Expressions of Interest for Account Leads and Account Directors

You may be responsible for managing a local, regional, or a global account, where you will be responsible for meeting and improving client satisfaction, financial targets including growth and margin targets, and key people and operational metrics.

Key to the success of our roles will be implementing a culture of collaboration, positive learning, and teamwork. You’ll identify your team’s strengths and improvement areas, leading them to excellence through coaching, feedback, and recognition.

These positions will be based in Melbourne and Sydney and the assets include Commercial and Retail.

Before you apply it's worth knowing what we are looking for:

You will have proven experience in Facilities Account Management and exposure to working on National, or Government accounts would be highly beneficial. Likewise, you are a pro at handling complex account structures and client sensitivities.

Ideally you'll have Tertiary qualifications in Facilities or Property Management and experience managing complex account structures (running multiple teams across multiple locations) is essential.

In this role, you will need to come up with strategies in applying holistic approaches and long-term solutions for complex problems. You’ll also need excellent organisational skills to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines.

Teamwork is a vital aspect of our brand, and we’ll expect you to value this as well. You’ll be the team’s anchor in difficult days and their proud leader in times of success. Most important, you’ll lead by example, and promote open, constructive, and collaborative relationships at all levels.
