Account Executive - Woolworths

In this pivotal role, you will support our Customer Marketing Manager in the development and execution of strategic plans to enhance our eCommerce presence. Your responsibilities will include the comprehensive management of eCommerce activation plans, ensuring that our strategies are effectively implemented online and resonate with consumers. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: + Ownership and coordination of eCommerce sales communication and initiatives. + Collaborating with the Customer Business Manager and customers to execute our ambitious eCommerce strategies. + Managing promotional activities within the agreed framework, ensuring alignment with key customers. + Partnering with Woolworths eComX to ensure prominent visibility for our key promotions in the digital landscape. + Working collaboratively within a leading sales organization to drive eCommerce growth. + Booking and management of Retail Digital Media. + Working with the broader sales team on initiatives across Milkrun **WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?** As someone who is motivated by exceeding expectations and delivering results, you will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced eCommerce environment. You will be outgoing, approachable, and passionate about sales. + You will have strong commercial experience within an FMCG or eCommerce environment and demonstrate the ability to work effectively both in teams and independently. + The successful candidate will possess at least two years of experience in a commercial role (e.g., Category Management, Field Sales, or Account Management). + You will be a natural collaborator with a proactive mindset, capable of influencing stakeholders to drive account growth. + Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential to articulate a clear vision effectively in partnership with your key accounts to achieve mutually beneficial commercial outcomes. + Your commercial acumen and digital expertise will distinguish you, along with your resilience to navigate a fast-paced, agile environment. + You are a confident communicator with the ability to adapt your communication style to different audiences. + Familiarity with Circana, Synergy, and Quantium data is highly regarded. + You will need to be a people-oriented individual, as you will frequently engage with Assistant Category Managers at Woolworths. + Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships will be critical to your success. _Full Australian working rights and applicants may be required to undergo pre-employment checks, including but not limited to health checks, prior to appointment to this role._ **BENEFITS** You will have the opportunity to work with a highly engaged team and develop your career with an inclusive, global FMCG leader.
