Job Summary

*This position will service the Urbana, IL territory.*


This position improves customer satisfaction, retention, and growth of customers within a specific UPS territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement customer retention strategies that align with UPS business goals and objectivesAnalyze churn metrics and customer feedback to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvementDevelop and oversee customer health score models, leveraging data to proactively identify at-risk customers and implement intervention strategiesFoster strong post-sales relationships with key customers, acting as an escalation point and strategic advisor Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and support teams to enhance the customer journeyDrive expansion of opportunities and identify upsell and cross-sell potential within existing accountsAdapt to evolving customer dynamics, needs, and market conditions, and adjust strategies and tactics as needed

Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales and/or customer successTrack record on customer retention and churn reductionStrong problem-solving and communication skillsStrong organizational skillsProficient in all Microsoft productsWilling to travel Experience with customer success platforms (SalesForce) and able to make data-driven decisionsAbility to problem solveAbility to collaborate effectively across departments. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred) 

Compensation:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $53,760/year to $92,940/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

Pay Range:

The salary range for this position is $53,760.00/year to $92,940.00/year. Actual compensation is based on various factors such as location, job-related knowledge, skills, education/training, and work experience. This position is eligible for our sales incentive plan and offers the annual management incentive plan, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Incentives are not guaranteed and are dependent upon individual and/or company performance.
