YOUR IMPACT

We are in search of talented Account Executive to join our sales team, with proven track record in territory sales for both Singapore and Philippines. You would be driving proactive campaigns to build pipeline, using specialized knowledge and skills to prospect, qualify, negotiate and close opportunities with both new and existing accounts.

 

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

Responsible for creating and driving the sales pipeline.Maintain knowledge of competitors in account to strategically position the company's products and services more efficiently.Use specialty expertise to seek out new opportunities in the cyber security market and expand and enhance existing opportunities to build the pipeline in and drive pursuit.Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, up to and including the C-level for mid-to-large accounts, by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.You may invest time working with and leveraging external partners along with the channel team to deliver sales numbers.

 

This role is based in Singapore and will have travel requirements to the Philippines.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Education and Experience

University or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experienceDemonstrated achievement in a similar sales environment, diversity of business customer, and higher-level customer interfaceExperience in selling Application Security, Security Operations, Threat Intelligence, Identity Access Management and Data Privacy Solution is a plusExperience in selling Application Delivery Management and Information Technology Service Management is a plusExperience and successful track record in handling Singapore territory and Philippines territory is a plus

Your Capabilities and Skills

Understand the industry and market segment in which key accounts are situated and integrate this knowledge into consultative sellingUnderstand the role of Cyber Security within the area of specialization, and how our solutions differentiate OpenText Cyber Security in the industryAccount planning and accurate account revenue forecasting skillsCollaborate with the management, channel team and sales teams in shared accounts to ensure seamless integration of specialist sales with other sales activitiesCultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure account retention & growthDevelop a comprehensive knowledge of products and service offerings as well as competitor's offeringsLeverage services offering as part of strategic product sales
