What You’ll Do As a Regional Senior Account Executive, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for multinational clients, ensuring they receive the highest quality of service while helping them manage their global and regional risk programs. What the day will look like • Serve as a strategic focal point to multinational companies across Latin America. • Coordinate and manage regional insurance programs and local policy implementations. •Collaborate with teams across multiple countries to ensure unified service delivery. • Analyze client data to identify risk trends, optimize insurance solutions and provide customized reports. • Proactively address client concerns, resolve issues, and drive continuous process improvement. • Engage with senior stakeholders and regional leaders to develop long-term client relationships. Skills and experience that will lead to success • Bachelor’s degree in business, Insurance, or a related field. • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) • Proven experience in insurance, account management, or client-facing roles (preferably with multinational clients). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client data into actionable insights. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
