Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

Under the supervision of the CRM Sales Director, the Sales Representative will be responsible for sales in different real estate agencies for our CRM solution. Your role: use your natural talent in prospecting and seeking new customers to achieve sales objectives:

Stimulate and support the sale of Prospects products by being an ambassador of the company by contacting customers through email and telephone prospectingIdentify customer needs to propose the appropriate functionality of the toolsWork from a list of existing customers to market products to drive salesBuild a trusting relationship with the customer to maximize future opportunitiesParticipate in events, networking activities and selected trade showsPrepare and deliver customer specific presentationsParticipate in team meetings and coaching sessionsDeliver forecast and sales reports on timeBe a team player while being competitiveAny other related tasks

Job Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience demonstrating excellent sales skills or a similar positionExperience selling Real Estate solutions preferredGood command of basic computer software and be aware of new technologiesKnowledge of CRMBilingual in English and French highly preferred (Clients in Quebec and US)Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in EnglishExceptional organizational and interpersonal skillsHigh degree of professionalism and integrityPassionate about salesAbility to work under pressureTeam player, positive, highly motivated and challengingHave a high level of autonomy and responsibility in a telecommuting environment

The anticipated compensation range for this position in the US is $100K- $115K OTE with base and commission. Commission is uncapped.
