What the day will look like
+ Responsible for supporting the Supervisor in the design and implementation of effective risk management and insurance programs.
+ Day-to-day management of all client service activities.
+ Retention and development of existing accounts.
Account Administration
+ Assisting Supervisor in managing workflow / priorities of all clients under their team responsibility.
+ Ensuring all documentation / procedures are in compliance with the Group Standards.
+ Setting / monitoring of team budgets in conjunction with the Director.
+ Attending client meetings.
+ Attending surveys and Risk Management activities as designated.
Account Monitoring
+ Attending client enquiries.
+ Arranging for the processing of adjustments / amendments to insurance programs.
Renewal Strategy
+ Assisting with Broking and Pre-Renewal Strategy planning.
+ Insurer (and reinsurer) negotiations on premium, policy terms, wordings and endorsements.
+ Completing placement of covers, policy and endorsement (Coordinated by Supervisor)
+ Client Renewal Report and Insurance Manual preparation

Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ Bachelor’s Degree or higher level
+ At least 3 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry
+ Proficient in both written and spoken English
+ Native Thai Speaker
+ IT knowledge (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook)
+ Good interpersonal & Communication skills
+ Customer service skills and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to work under pressure
+ Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
