Account Executive

 

Position Summary 

OPEX Corporation is currently looking for an Account Executive to join our team with a sales region of Ohio, Michigan, and Western Pennsylvania. If you are talented, driven and an experienced Sales professional then OPEX may be the right place for you to pursue your career.

Responsibilities:

 

The Account Executive serves as a Sales Executive for new and existing accounts. The Account Executive facilitates all aspects of the sales process, including but not limited to: 

Understands the company's vision, mission, and strategy; understands business unit objectives and sets/accomplishes individual performance goals accordinglyIdentifies new sales opportunities with new and existing customersQualifies sales opportunities through market/customer research and understanding the client’s needsCommunicates value proposition to customers, proposes sales solutions to customers, and reevaluates solutions where necessaryManaging the sales process from purchase order to installationCloses sales opportunities by securing purchase orders or signed proposals Provides outstanding customer service and post-sales satisfaction, facilitating long-term relationships for repeat business with customers

 

Qualifications:

3 plus years of successful Outside B2B Sales experienceBachelor’s Degree preferredStrong prospector, has a “hunter” mentality, an aggressive, self-motivated individualIndustry experience: Document Imaging and/or Document Management space desirableSales or Operations experience is requiredTech-savvy and proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite Software (with an emphasis on Excel) strongly preferredConsultative selling skills – ability to assess client needs and create a solutionAverage of 2-5 overnights within territory per monthStrong planning, organization, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skillsValid Driver’s License with a good driving record (within the last 5 years)
