Account Executive MDU Sales

**Job Purpose** **:**
This position would be responsible for building a plan and going after the market (Condos, Sr. Housing, Dorms, Rental Portfolios new Developments on Hilo or Kona) with a triple play (dial tone, internet, and video) product offering and long term marketing partnerships agreements. In addition to going after this market, this position will need to build a team of sales and sales support people to respond to the needs of this department.
**Essential Functions:**
+ Negotiate bulk agreements and long term marketing agreements with MDU residential rental portfolio partners
+ Build and maintain long lasting relationships within the rental property management industry
+ Cold call and prospect new business
+ Work with finance, product and legal on large commercial agreements
+ Build and maintain a 0-18 month sales funnel
**Relevant Work Experience:**
+ 5 to 7 years in related field
+ Previous experience in sales, sales management, sales development previous supervisory experience. Experience in telecommunications industry a plus
**Education:**
+ Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
**Certifications, Accreditations, Licenses:**
+ Must possess a valid driver's license
**Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**
+ Demonstrated ability to negotiate large commercial agreements
**Supervisory Responsibility:**
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities
Salary range: $60,000-$90,000
